Welcome to the Star Song Astrology Webpage!

I’m Sarah, an astrologer, story teller, group facilitator, homeschool mom, and artist living in southern New Hampshire. I love exploring life and the cosmos through myths, archetypes, art, and somatic experience. 

Readings with me look at your individual birth chart and current planetary transits. We explore the mandala of you– the sky at the time of your birth– working with whatever questions and/or intentions you decide.

Readings look at cycles, planetary energies, stories, and archetypes reflected in the sky. They may inspire practical actions, creativity, and/or a deepened sense of meaning and connection with life and the universe. We have fun and get into it!  

I am a Modern Western Astrologer and use the Placidus House System. I draw upon a variety of lineages to inform my practice including astrological perspectives that date back to ancient Sumeria, Egypt, Greece, and Rome. My work weaves stories and images from cultures around the world.

Besides the luminaries and traditional and modern planets, I also work with Black Moon Lilith, the Moon’s Nodes, Asteroids, Centaur Asteroids, and some KBOs.

I have an MFA in Poetry from the University of Maryland and a BA in Child Development from Prescott College. I’ve also worked on a commercial sea clam boat and two oyster grants.

I have been giving readings professionally since 2022.

I love to lead groups which have included a year-long series of workshops exploring the zodiac and current planetary transits. I have also led mother/daughter events, a singing circle, a book group, and have co-lead an Astrology and Yoga women’s retreat.

I give readings at multiple fairs and community gatherings, and have tried out the internet through youtube and my blog. I love talking with people and seeing what magic unfolds. 

Besides astrology, I love walking in the forest, gardening, herbal medicine making, music, and just being home with my human and non-human family.
